PRIVACY POLICY for ONLINE FUNDRAISING

Creative Community Marketing, LLC (CCM) and all of its websites including but not limited to: ShopForStudents.com, respect your privacy. When you use one of our Web sites in connection with any fundraising program for your school or group, we will need to collect certain information from you (via the Fundraiser sign up) in order to apply the donation credit to you and your group in return for your referring  online orders (via your unique URL we provide you). This policy ("Privacy Policy for Internet Fundraising") describes the information we collect online, and the manner in which we will use such information.

When you and your school, charity or non-profit organization sign up to be an Affiliate on one of our Web sites, we will ask you to provide certain information including your first and last name, your email address, and the name of your school, charity or non-profit organization. As an Affiliate with us you must accept the Affiliate terms and conditions in order to receive the 15% monthly donation check. These monies are a donation. Your Information and How Our Site Works:

· Clearly our primary purpose in collecting your personal and school/group/organizations information is so that we know exactly who and where to make the monthly check out to and where to send that check. In addition, we need to have a way to contact the right person in charge of your fundraiser.

You have our permission to copy and paste anything from our website that helps you in the success of your fundraiser. You cannot spam when sending e-mails to others re: ShopForStudents.com and when soliciting potential customers for online fundraising. Please only e-mail to people that you know or those you network with on a regular basis. We prefer and would appreciate a simple fax or e-mail to us to let us review your custom marketing pieces whether being e-mailed, handed out or mailed. Please fax all marketing pieces for approval to 954-438-3848 or e-mail it to us at info@shopforstudents.com. ShopForStudents.com reserves the right to cancel any schools free membership at anytime should a conflict of interest arise between the school and ShopForStudents.com. This applies to charities and non-profits as well.

· When you visit our Web site, we will automatically collect information regarding your use. Currently, this is done using small pieces of information that are called "Cookies" and are stored by your browser on your hard drive and relayed back to our servers. Cookies do not retrieve personal information unless you have previously provided them to us. You can set your browser (in many cases) to refuse Cookies and/or manually delete Cookies from your hard drive. {Please keep in mind that if you refuse Cookies, this may affect certain functionality and prohibit your usage of this Web site. You hereby hold CCM, LLC and ShopForStudents.com harmless for any lack of function on the part of our website.

Use and Disclosure of Information:

· We use the information we collect from you and your supporters (our new customers) to assist in your efforts to make your fundraiser a success for you and your community group or school. We may also use this information to analyze website usage and to customize our Web content and layout.
· CCM, LLC and ShopForStudents.com will not share the information collected from you with any third party for purposes of marketing information to you, your family or friends. We will only disclose your personal information as follows:
· We may only disclose personal information if required by law or legal process, and if we believe it is necessary to do so to protect the property and personal safety of us, visitors to our Web site and other third parties.
· In the future, in the unlikely event that all assets of CCM, LLC and ShopForStudents.com are acquired, customer information will of course be one of the transferred assets. Should you decide that you wish to be removed from our database send us an e-mail addressed to info@shopforstudents.com. Please write Re: Privacy in the subject line of the email. Unless we are prohibited by law, we will fulfill your request and remove such information in as few as 7 days if not sooner. Please include your first and last name, the name of your school or community group, address, city, state and zip code, in the email message. We will send you a confirmation that your request has been fulfilled.

SSL - Security with Secure Sockets Layer

All customer orders are processed, collected and stored using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. SSL encrypts the information you input before it is sent to us via the Internet. In addition, all of the information we collect from you on our Web site is secured against unauthorized access on the ShopForStudents.com server.
