Placing an individual order is easy. Carefully fill-in this order form. Please fill-in, print or scan and fax or email this order form toll-free 1-888-477-7796 or email to info@shopforstudents.com.
Principals, teachers, coaches or fundraising leaders please feel free to make as many copies as your school, class, sports team, youth group, charity, non profit, sorority, fraternity, scouts, musicians/fine arts group, individual, special needs and military families. Be sure to fill in the name of your school or group. Please put your assigned fundraiser number (if you have been assigned one) at the top of the form before making copies to handout. If you have not signed up your group yet, please click on "Start A Fundraiser Here" at shopforstudents.com and you will be assigned your fundraiser number with us. Any questions? Once you sign up your school or group at website (as explained above) or sign up by phone at 1-877-980-7467 you can feel confident that a 15% cash donation will always be made for your school, team, group or charity that appears on the top left of this order form. The 15% is based on your monthly total sales.
